DESCRIPTION
A unique combination of a number of proprietary plasmids digested with appropriate restriction enzymes and PCR products to yield 7 fragments, suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis. The DNA includes fragments ranging from 250-15000 base pairs. The 2500 base pair band has increased intensity to serve as reference point. The amount of 2500bp is about 125 ng/5µl and the amount of the other fragments is about 50 ng/5µl for approximating the mass of DNA in comparably intense samples of similar size.

USAGE INFORMATION
The 15kb DNA Marker is dissolved in storage and loading buffer, which is a convenient ready-to-load format, and can be directly applied onto an agarose or non-denaturing polyacrylamide gels.
